I have a friend who has been working out with a variety of videos for only 30 minutes a day and has had fantastic results. Sometimes she works out longer. Her results intrigued me. I want the flexibility to exercise at home because I am not ready to commit to another gym. Some of my favorite FREE videos online are from Fitness Blender. I especially like the videos with just Kelli, workouts for women's bodies. I'm learning so many different exercises and I love working with weights. Cheers to getting strong and to getting out of our own way! Are bodies can do so much!!
