We all have those not so good days. We all have worries. A lot of us want an easier life. We want to work less and play more. We want less bills. We want people in our lives to be healthy. So MUCH is out of our control. I have to remind myself a lot that the only person that can take care of my happiness is ME.
I am happy when I dance. I am happy when I make people laugh. I am happy playing in the dirt. I am happy when I tickle my boys. I am happy when I hug my dog. I am happy when I finish a project at work. I am happy when I visit with family and friends. I am happy when I make someone smile. I am happy when I have a green smoothie in the morning. I am happy when I eat healthy and exercise. I am happy when I am organized. I am happy when my house is clean. I am happy when I have events to look forward to with friends and family. I am happy when I get some alone time with Pedar.
